At Zylox Pulse, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns under the following conditions:

📦 Return time

You have 90 days from the date of receipt of your smartwatch to return your product to us.

✅ Return conditions

The product must be in its original packaging.

The watch must not have been used intensively.

All accessories must be included (charging cable, manual)

The product must be free of damage

💶 Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

📮 How do I return a product?

Contact our customer service department with your order number

Carefully pack your watch in its original packaging.

Send the package to the address we will provide.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
